Let me just start by saying that I love love seeing street art. The Krog Street Art Walk does not disappoint with its unique creativity demonstrated by a plethora of local artists. If you consider just how challenging it is to create a giant mural on a piece of concrete, their amazing work will be inspiring to all as they stroll down the sidewalk of art. The best part is not the tunnel, but the street on one side leading up the tunnel with blocks of street art murals on the concrete walls. The art tunnel itself is popular for walkers, bicyclists, and for some very cool and creative photo shoots.
The art walk is definitely a place to visit for both locals and visitors to see. Krog Street Tunnel is located in the Inman Park and Cabbagetown neighborhood border not far from downtown Atlanta. Bonus- it is a free, family friendly outdoor activity that regularly changes as local artists paint over old artwork to make new, impressive art creations.
