Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received.  Claims for damaged item deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense for return fees and reshipment.

If you notice an issue on the products from a lost in transit, defective, misprinted or damaged item, please email befreekidsbrand@gmail.com. Please allow 5 business days to research the issue and provide appropriate follow up.

The return address is set by default to the closest facility.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

NOTE: Due to these being custom made products made to order, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse for appearance, design or fit. Please be sure to read the sizing guide measurements for the appropriate selection.
